Decco profiles are produced in the production and logistics centre in Suwałki, currently with the use of 7 production lines equipped with the most up-to-date machines and devices made by renowned companies, Gruber and Cincinnati.
- 4 COMBOLINE production lines, for monoextrusion, capacity up to 270kg/h for every line. Standard speed of embossing basic profiles is 3,5m/min. They are used for the production of white profiles and profiles coloured for veneering.
- 2 COMBILINE production lines, for co-extrusion, capacity up to 300kg/h. They are used for the production of basic profiles using the co-extrusion technology and recycled material.
- 1 WIN-LINE production line, for co-extrusion, capacity up to 350kg/h.

Highly advanced extrusions are combined with a modern mixing facility where semi-finished product – mixture based on lead-free calcium-zinc stabilizers – is prepared.
