Our top priority is to provide the highest quality products. Therefore, the company undertakes a range of activities that help us achieve this goal: starting with the supplies of semi-finished products, through production and the finished product control.

Each delivery of raw materials is supported by the quality certificate issued by the supplier. Basic parameters of the supplied raw materials, such as moisture, bulk density and colour are checked with every delivery.

The manufacturing process is constantly monitored and supervised by the integrated information system. This system includes the following modules: production planning, production management, monitoring the production parameters and quality control. This allows us to produce the highest quality products and monitor the production process from making the mixture to packing the product and taking it to the warehouse.
Test specimens from current production are taken by operators every 0,5h.

The following devices are used for control

• WERTH FLATSCOPE measurement scanner with special software to measure the shape and dimensions of profiles and compare the profile shape with the pattern. This software allows for saving the result of the measurement and a thorough analysis of the shape and dimensions, including pattern deviations and checking if geometry of the profile is within assumed tolerance limits.
• KONICA-MINOLTA spectrophotometer with special software to measure the profile colour.
• a device for testing the falling weight impact strength of the profile in the temperature of 10ºC
• a device for testing thermal shrinkage
• a device for testing the behavior of profiles after annealing at 150ºC
• a welding machine and devices for testing weld strength
